ARCO Group is a multi-disciplinary commercial construction business based in Whangarei. Tested on some of the most high profile construction projects in Northland, ARCO Group offers end to end commercial construction services. From design and concept through to cost estimation, project management and project delivery.

Our Experience

Throughout our over 30 years of activity in construction in New Zealand, we have gained valuable experience in a range of different construction disciplines and industries. We are Northland’s only construction company with extensive projects completed in the healthcare and education sector as well as office fit-outs. Northland industry projects have been a core part of ARCO’s commercial construction business, from pre-construction reporting and planning through to completion.

As a construction management company we offer design and build services, land and build packages, warehouse and office building construction, interior office fit-outs, site reporting and analysis; and seismic upgrades.
