Design & Build new Four Square
ARCO Group partnered with the owners of the Bay Of Islands Four Square in Russell to undertake the design & construction of the new Four Square. ARCO Group managed the complete project from consultants, Far North District Council, construction team onsite to complete this development for our client, on time, in full and on specification. This project involved demolishing the existing Four Square building, obtaining resource consent and complying with Hertigate New Zealand during the development.
This Project Consisted of:
- Site investigation works
- Architectural & engineering working drawings, fire report, resource consent & building consent obtaining
- Demolition of the existing Four Square building
- Piled ribraft concrete floor structure to bring above flood levels
- Concrete precast panel walls with structural steel portals to create the building structure
- Coloursteel roofing
- Timber framed mezzanine floor structure to create internal offices & storage
- Service connections
- Complete interior fitout including all finishing trade
- Project completion & handover
