Grind Café is located on the ground floor of the Quest Apartments on Bank Street in Whangarei. ARCO managed the project through all stages; design, building consent and construction. This is another great project and a brilliant cafe for the Whangarei CBD.
This project involved the following:
- Completing the architectural, engineering & fire report design including obtaining building consent
- Construction of the following:
- Toilet block
- Commercial kitchen
- Dining areas
- Reconstruction of the front entrance way to open up the front of the building to the main street
- All associated wired and piped services
- All finishing trades including polishing the concrete floor
