Administration Block Redevelopment
ARCO Group was the successful tenderer of the demolition and construction of the new administration block at Kerikeri High School on Hone Heke road, in Kerikeri. This is a new 400m2 building, connected into the existing administration building via an enclosed hallway and with a ramp & stairs. The building features two entry/open spaces for the Deans of the school to meet their children in, then 15 individual offices, a meeting room and St Johns room, all fully furnished with the schools colors and plenty of natural light.
This project involved the following:
- Demolition of the existing administration block including all asbestos removal in accordance with worksafe & MOE guidelines
- Construct of new building from structural steel frame and timber framed walls cladd in linear weatherboards
- 16x offices
- 2x meeting rooms
- 1x open plan office/reception area
