Two-Story Education Facility
ARCO Group completed the redevelopment of Ngunguru School directly for the Ministry of Education Major Projects team. We provided our client with a competitive tender for this project, whilst adding value to the project though our innovative construction methodologies & programming of works.
This is another project where ARCO displayed its commitment to building excellence.
This project involved the following:
- Work excavation works including piled foundations
- Construction of a 2 x Story Classroom Block contains:
- 6 x Teaching Spaces
- 1 x Toilet Block
- 2 x Kitchen/Art Areas
- Construction of 2 x New hard courts
- Demolition of 4 x Classrooms
- Relocation of 1 x Classroom & construction of new decks & 3 ramps
