Complete Refurbishment & Office fit-out To 4 Floors

ARCO successfully delivered the new office refurbishment to accommodate all the Northland Regional Council staff in one place. The Northland Regional Council office fit-out was a staged project. With ARCO Group’s excellent project management and workmanship, this project was completed to the high expectation of the Northland Regional Council.

This project involved the following:

  • Demolition of internal walls and structures on the four levels
  • Fit-out of new aluminium to full height wall partitions for the offices on all four levels
  • Office refurbishments to 4x floors
  • New large staff room
  • Kitchen & lunchroom fit-out
  • New laboratory testing facility
  • Installation of 2 x reception counters
  • New Desks, partitions and furniture
  • Reroofing of the building
  • Refurbishment of the toilet area
  • New floor coverings throughout the building on each floor
  • Installation of new services – air-conditioning, electrical etc
