Spring’s Flat Kamo is the premier commercial and industrial area in Whangarei. ARCO Group partnered with the property developer to secure the property, project manage, design and construct this design & build turn key development, right from obtaining the necessary resource consent, completion of concept drawings, right through to completion of the project. Our property team took the project from an idea, through to a reality, all whilst managing our clients expectations, programme & budget.

This project involved the following:
- Site analysis, feasibility study including concept drawings
- Architectural working drawings, engineer calculations, fire report & building consent processing
- Construction of 1,900m2 of warehouse & factory
