Construction of a new Teen Parenting Unit on Raumanga Valley Road, Whangarei

The building was designed by Westpark Design in conjunction with Opus International to ensure this Teen Parenting Unit was a benchmark for future teen parenting units.

This project consisted of:

• 2x classrooms
• Library block
• Food technology toom
• Fabric technology room
• IT teaching room
• 2x toilet blocks
• Student kitchen and lunchroom
• Administration block
• 600m2 hotmixed carpark
