The Salvation Army has been transforming lives around the world since 1865. ARCO Group partnered with The Salvation Army to construct a facility that will suit the requirements of the Army for years to come. Bringing three departments under one roof, alongside a 400-seat auditorium this new facility will make it easier for people to get the best support the Army can offer. This was a complex project, where ARCO Group were able to add our expertise to in order to complete this project in a timely efficient and effective manner, whilst maintaining the budget set by our client.
ARCO Group were pleased to be involved in this unique development & see this project go from concept to a successful completion.
This project involved the following:
- Project management & value engineering to align the project costs with the project budget
- 2,500m2 of double story precast concrete building structure
- 400 Seat Auditorium facility
- Band & Music rooms
- 150m2 stage
- Commercial Kitchen with another support kitchen
- 650m2 of commercial office including meetings rooms
- Toilets & associated facilities
- 1250m2 of concrete yard
- All associated services including
- All associated finishing trades
