Design & Build Of A New Warehouse & Office Block
ARCO Group worked with Trailequip to design & build a new purpose built building. This is a 37m clearspan, 6m high, roll formed steel building with an impressive looking office block on the front.
This project involved the following:
- Site investigation works
- Architectural, engineering, fire report design & working drawings
- Obtain building consent and close out project with Code of Compliance
- Construct of a 37m wide clearspan building using a roll formed steel building structure
- Timber framed office block to the front of the building, clad in flat sheet
- Construction of interior walls with aluminium partition wall system
- Associated services – power, data, security, fire alarm, mechanical etc
- Finishing trades
- Exterior paving
