ARCO Group joined forces with Bupa to construct the cutting-edge Totara Gardens Community Care Home facility in Whangarei. This facility sets new standards in design and construction. The project was divided into two phases, with the completion of the community center and apartments in the first phase. Our role in this project encompassed the construction of a 56-bed care home, 14 apartments, and a community center.
Our commitment to minimizing disruptions ensured the project’s seamless execution, staying within the set budget and timeline, even with adjustments made to account for COVID lockdowns. With the successful opening of the Community Center, we proudly reaffirm our dedication to turning architectural visions into reality. ARCO Group is honored to have played a pivotal role in bringing this transformative space to life and looks forward to completing more projects that positively impact our community.
