ARCO Group Ltd were the successful tenderer on the design & build of the new multipurpose room facility in Dargaville for Sports Northland. ARCO Group provided our client with the necessary design & value engineering skills in order to keep the project within the budget provided by our client.
This project involved the following:

- 4x Sport changerooms
- 4x Shower blocks with toilets
- 4x toilet blocks for public
- Multipurpose room
- Commercial kitchen & associated facilities
